How does Focus Signal work?

Focus Signal helps you start a focus run, build Focus Momentum, and track your long-term Focus Signal over time.

Does Focus Signal require an account?

No. Focus Signal does not require a developer-operated account.

Does Focus Signal sync with iCloud?

If iCloud is available, your focus history, stats, and settings can sync through your private iCloud account. If iCloud is unavailable, the app continues working locally.

Why are Live Activities or widgets not updating?

Make sure Live Activities are allowed for Focus Signal in iOS Settings. Widgets and Live Activities may update on Apple's system schedule.

How do I keep the screen awake during a run?

Open Focus Signal settings and enable Keep Screen Awake.
