Your data

Privacy policy

Atvia is a personal task manager. Here is what it stores, where that information goes, and the choices you have.

What Atvia stores

Atvia stores the task content you create, including titles, notes, dates, recurrence choices, completion history, and settings needed to operate the app. It also stores aggregate task behavior used for optional on-device recommendations.

Atvia does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, a publisher account system, or a server operated by the publisher.

Where data goes

Your information is stored on your device. When iCloud is available and enabled for Atvia, SwiftData can sync it through your private CloudKit database to your own signed-in devices. This private database counts against your iCloud storage.

Apple Intelligence suggestions, when available and enabled, use Apple’s on-device system features. Suggestions do not change your tasks unless you approve them.

Your choices

You can turn off task reminders and on-device intelligence in Atvia’s Settings. You can also control notification access in iOS Settings and iCloud access in your Apple Account settings.

Deleting an individual task moves it to Recently Deleted, where you can restore or permanently delete it. To remove all Atvia data from this device, open Atvia → Settings → Privacy → Delete all Atvia data and complete the two confirmations. This removes local tasks, history, plans, settings, reminders, and Spotlight records.

When Atvia is using a CloudKit-backed store, deletions are sent to your private iCloud database when sync is available. If Atvia is running with a local-only store, an existing iCloud copy may remain.
